Former England cricketer Michael Vaughan revealed that Sourav Ganguly had predicted the result of IND vs AUS 1st Test on the second day of play itself. Jasprit Bumrah and co. put an end to Australia’s domination at the Optus stadium in Perth, handing the hosts a 295-run thrashing in the 1st Test to take a 1-0 lead in the series. Vaughan revealed that the former Indian skipper had predicted the result of the game on Day 2 of the contest and took him by surprsie.

The bowlers, led by skipper Jasprit Bumrah, wreaked havoc on the Australian batters. The Indian batters did well to recover in the 2nd innings, with Yashasvi Jaiswal and Virat Kohli going on to smash centuries.
